March 11 update from Health Department on COVID-19 cases

The Tompkins County Health Department says there have now been 3,561 total positive cases in Tompkins County, 25 more than on Wednesday, with a total of 865,468 tests conducted. They also say 3,423 patients are listed as released from isolation after having tested positive, 14 new recoveries, leaving 109 active cases.
