Two arrested in housebreaking at former energy plant in Lansing, says Sheriff’s Workplace

Two Binghamton males have been arrested Tuesday night following a report of a housebreaking in progress on the Cayuga Working Firm facility, previously the Milliken Energy Station or AES Cayuga, in response to an announcement Wednesday morning from the Tompkins County Sheriff's Workplace.
